ReplyDeleteVintage means antique.To be an antique piece does not mean that it has to be old-Normally the design & techniques are copied from the olden times to give it a look of old and antique jewellery.
I agree with you. I think antique engagement rings sydney, bangles, charms, necklaces, etc. have more soul and character than more simplistic contemporary designs. In fact, most of my pieces in my jewellery box have classic designs. However, when I don exquisitely detailed jewellery, I wear simple clothes for counterbalance.
